Repair Requests
To submit a repair request for your property, first log in to our portal at
http://rocrooms.managebuilding.com/Resident.
Once you are logged in you can submit a repair request by going to the requests tab and then clicking
on the link: Submit New Request. If you have not logged on to the portal yet you can register
on the site above or email us at manager@rocrooms.com and we will send you log in instructions.
Complaints
Please report any complaints about your roommates, the property, or management as soon as possible.
We would like to correct the situation for you quickly. You may use the current contact information
in the footer of this page to contact us. Alternatively you may use the form below to send an anonymous complaint.
